I've been providing a few local laptop repair companies with leads.
Anyway I've just given a guy in Liverpool a total of 44 phone calls over the past month plus around 8 emails. Of those phone calls more 22 of them were over a minute in length.
He's telling me that my service is not worth the money I'm charging (£129/month) for the volume of calls I'm providing.
I used to repair laptops for living and worked the average laptop repair at around £40. Sometimes you'd get easy repairs like keyboards and only charge £20 then there are the nuke & paves/OS/reinstalls coming in at £60ish.
I've got a few other local companies in the UK signed up and they are more than happy but just wondering if my price is out of whack? The way I look at it I've probably given him around 15 actual customers out of that 44 calls....even if it were 10 that's still around £400....
