i agree with most of the posts i have seen so far, they are a great model to set prices against, they charge a lot and have a slow turnout, slice their prices down a little bit and give them the best customer service experience you can and they will be a repeat customer.
for the don't like about GS, for me they are just a bunch of sheep (i think someone already indicated that thought in another post) they are trained to push their bloatware, they are trained to sell their upgrades and they are trained to sell whatever big ticket item they have this day/week/month.
but i do love that they help me gauge where to put my prices.
