[SOLVED] How do I redeem my AMD reward?

Bought a Ryzen processor and got Borderlands 3 and Outerworlds and Xbox Game Pass for 3 months. The installation codes were emailed to me along with download links. Those links bring me to: https://www.amdrewards.com/terms. I do not understand how I am supposed to redeem my games. I emailed AMD about it just now.

These "rewards" are a gimmick. They usually do fail.
I get client enquiries often for them.
I just tell them to do what it says in the message and contact support.

Supports says to contact the retailer.

Retailer says to contact the manufacturer.

"Unfortunately, both your included coupon codes have expired and their promotions are over. The Q4 2019 Ryzen Equipped to Win ended on March 14th, 2020 while the 2020 Xbox Game pass Bundle has ended on June 30th."

I have had many of these codes in the past and they do indeed work.
It is usually that you are provided a redemption code (Printed on receipt) from whomever you purchased the applicable item(s) from.

Then, go to the website, create an account, run the AMD validator (Ensures you have AMD hardware), then redeem the codes. Some of them will indeed have an expiration date, and the Xbox Game Passes are usually only valid for first time users of the service.
