Help with GFI max performance alert

I'm quite new to GFI max.I installed the agent on the server and from the very beginning I am getting alerts with the following content.

The test Performance Monitoring Check - Physical Disk: Total failed. Additional information : Read Queue: 2.183

I went into the dashboard to get more info and on the performance check I saw this info

Average Write Queue: 0
Maximum Write Queue: 1

Average Read Queue: 2
Maximum Read Queue: 29

At first I was getting these once in a while, but today they are coming more frequently. What are normal the normal ranges? The PERC reports the physical disks as GOOD and I don't see any disk errors in the Windows event viewer. I thought perhaps it was the USB backup disk so I ejected it but I keep getting these errors.
