I'm a network engineer who started a small scale company to provide computer services for retail and cooperate clients. I'm thinking about creating two or three packages so my clients can subscribe to them.

Following is the draft I came up with. Please share your advice to make it more realistic.

(Sorry for grammatical errors I made, English is my 3rd language)

Basic Package – 2 visits per year.
Advance Package – 3 Visits per year.

Basic Setup (45 mins)
• OS Reinstallation (Windows XP, windows 7)
• Anti-virus
• Office Suite (Microsoft Office, LibreOffice)
• Internet Suite (Google Chrome, Firefox, Skype, PDF Reader, Flash, Pop-up Blockers, Download Manager
• Multimedia suite (VLC, Media Player Classic)
• Hardware / Software Profile

Drives Installation
*User must provide required drivers. (or default software will be installed)
*Operator download/Install most up to date drivers. (Hardware must be profiled prior to data back-up)

Additional Software
*Up to 5 (maximum 30mins)
*Up to 15 (maximum 60mins)

Back-Up
*User must back-up / restore data. 0
*Operator back-up / restore data. (15 mins)
(Software licenses, Internet browser bookmarks, Email client data & address book, My Documents, 2 User defined Folders)

Stability and Performance Testing
*No Test Included
*Burning Test (20mins)

Component Cleaning
Air blowing and Vacuuming
Cleaning PSU, Optical Drives, Memory, Motherboard, Monitor separately (30mins)

Report

Your visiting packages schedule 2 and 3 years is way to far apart. When dealing with networks and businesses you're more likely to get monthly calls to come out and provide service or even daily.

Try to be more specific with what you will be doing during the time. Also remember that things do go wrong even though you did it a hundred times. Just installing the simplest software can cause hang ups then you will be call back the same day. So leave time for that.

Burn in test should be at lest 24 hours not 20 minutes.

Be prepared to work for long periods and after hours.

thank you skillachi for your time. its like this. this package is only for periodical maintenance. for other visits, they have to pay extra sum of money. thank you for pointing out that burn in test should be 24 hours.

do you have any suggestions? addings or removings?????????

I agree with Skillachi. Even if it is "periodical maintenance", 2 or 3 times a year isn't enough. If your clients are only seeing you 2 or 3 times a year they are easy targets for another tech guy to take them away from you. I wouldn't do anything less than every quarter (for a client with just a PC or 2), anything more than that should be at least monthly...IMO
