Has anyone used Signpost.com for their automated CRM?

Has anyone had any experience with Signpost.com marketing and CRM positive or negative? I got a call from them advertising the service of driving my clients to my yelp and google + pages to leave reviews and many other fantastic features that sounded almost too good to be true. It also includes email options, referral tracking, coupon discounts for referrals, click through tracking and a host of other things all starting at $299 a month.

After looking online for reviews I'm seeing a bunch of either very positive 5 star reviews and right below very negative 1 star reviews. I told them I'd have to do some research and to call me back. I'm leaning on the I'm not interested but thanks for calling angle.

Never heard of them. $300/month? No way I'd spend that kind of money for those services. At least with my current business model and target market. I think I'd get better results using a mix of direct marketing, like using EDDM, and pavement pounding.
