I've noticed a slowness on Google. If you have +1 on top or middle of the page, sometimes the page will stop for a few seconds before it display the rest of the page.

Mine is on the bottom. The rest of the page is displayed. A few seconds later the +1 is display. Its on the bottom right corner together with twitter and facebook.

If this is not the case please let me know so I can continue to troubleshoot it.

Your page is pretty much considered a flash page or 95% flash. As far as Google, it only see one page. Flash page is nice but the content will not be index by search engine. Search engine is all about content, counting the occurrence of keywords and backlink from site with high Pagerank.

I also use flash but just for my header and menu.

I don't think so, but Google Webmaster shows a nice little graph of your +1's over time

Mine dropped by 10 on the 5/7, then went back up again the next day, which is the same time I temporarily lost a load of my Google Reviews. I dunno what they were doing that day!

o didnt relaise i had to add a +1 thing to the site, throught that you where all doing it via a google search as that has +1 logo next to search results.
