I can prove global warming is a scam to make money if it did exist then why has the average temperature this year where i live is 10C lower than normal.
Atm temp tonight is expected to hit 9C in the middle of summer......

Global warming != Local warming

An average rise in global temperatures leads to climate disruption, affecting weather systems and causing some areas of the planet to experience cooling or more extreme weather conditions.

How much of it is man made, or whether we can (or should) do anything to stop it is a different matter, but what's certain is that the global mean surface-temperature is rising.

what i find funny is that the sea ice is moving further south you know what that means that is basically how ice ages start.

It's the middle of winter here and I'm wearing shorts and a t-shirt! Don't think there's any chance of it freezing here! lol
Free ice for the Esky will be good to keep the beer's chilled! ;)

Here in Wisconsin and some of the other Midwestern states our summers have been cooler on the average for some time now. Winters have been warmer. Geographically @Galdorf and I are in the same neck of the woods (so-to-speak).

@add - 30+ years ago, I remember sledding (snomachines) at -25F. The old air-cooled sleds felt super-charged at those temps. 65 mph at -25 were quite the rides back then. I remember -34F in my current house. This old homestead popped and snapped all night - heh. Scared me at first. We haven't seen -20F in over a decade now and are lucky these days to hit a few days total of double digit below zero readings for the whole winter. Hmmm......

As you can tell from my profile pic I love global warming! Seriously, I accept that man-made global warming is occurring. It's the only thing keeping us from another mini-ice-age so I'm all for it! (Sorry all you coastal dwellers but you've already had 20 years of warning to move to higher ground!)

No matter what your thoughts are on this subject, there seems to be no absolute answer to it. Some believe that it is a natural occurrence, while others believe it is all man's fault.

No winners on this subject.

Just don't believe everything you read, unless of course it is posted on the Internet - then we know it is completely FACTUAL ;) :) .

I encourage anyone who doesn't believe in climate change to take advantage of their insight and invest based on it. I'm pretty sure there's quite a bit of coastal real estate in South Florida that's just looking for a purchaser*. You may also be able to pick up some nice beachfront spots along the northern edge of Canada, but watch out for surprise explosions.

* Note: you may need to pay cash if you're unable to get flood insurance and banks won't issue a mortgage without it.

Unfortunately way more money is being made by huge corporations because a lot of people believe as you do. You've been duped by propaganda, sorry "fake news", from the fossil fuel industries.

When the "true believers" start acting like it's real and show some serious personal changes to their lifestyles then the rest of us might get interested. But the obvious disconnect between their words and actions prove they don't truly believe their preaching. The huge corporations make a lot of money because they deliver products the whole world continues to clamor for. (Have you seen the muscle cars they are making now???)

For example I have a nephew in Florida who advocates for the banning of oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. So I asked him when he's going to quit driving his gas guzzling hot rod convertible and begin riding a bicycle... he just grins and evades the consequences of his beliefs.

It has always been "if it doesn't affect me right now, I don't care". It will never be taken seriously until it causes irreversible damage and until it starts to affect you. The masses don't care.... we will all be dead by then. I wonder about your great grandchildren or their children. It will be to late then.
