Did someone say free advice. Had someone tell me last week about changing from Norton to McAfee and the complaint now was that there was supposed to be a pop up blocker. I assert that the system could possibly be infected by spyware causing the pop ups. Confirmed that Gamevance is being used on computer to play online games. I was asked if they could download a spyware scanner from download.com - I reply yes.
If that potential business was a horse, it just galloped off into the sunset and I can only hope that it returns. I'm almost sure that they will run into MBAM on Download.com and all problems will be solved.
I am getting better at turning these situations into business for me but that day I recall being half awake. I am now kicking myself in the ass for it.
