Getting rid of Windows S mode with Clean install, no longer working?

Hi folks,

I buy and resell laptops for clients. In some cases I'll get laptops with HDD's, upgrade them to SSD's and do a fresh install of windows. In other cases the laptop will come with a SSD, I'll do a full wipe and reload of Win 10 to get rid of any bloatware.

Some of the laptops I've been getting come with Windows S mode. Previously, if I did a full wipe and reload, it would now be in normal Win 10 home (non S mode) but I have a new laptop here, even after doing a wipe and reload, is still in S mode. (I did it twice just to be sure)

I know you can go to the Microsoft store and download the app to remove S mode. But when doing a bunch of computers, its sort of a pain to have to sign in and download the app.

Anyone else run into this? Is there a way to do a full wipe and reload and also remove S mode at the same time?
