While I'd personally not let my six year old have a cell phone, I don't think the fact that it was in the hands of a six year
old make much a difference. The battery still exploded. I wasn't there, so I don't know the full deal but it's not the first
time something like this has happened. It's just put at the forefront because it was a child. Apple fanboys will be pointing
and gawking but as stated most electronics manufactures have had something like this happen.
