I've been having problems with OneDrive as well... the last update seemed to help some with sync issues.
The big difference between Business and Home use is document versioning is include with the OneDrive for Businesses.
If you have document versioning turned on, you can view or restore previous versions of documents. This is an extremely important feature for a lot of organizations.
