Hi Technibblers,
UPDATE! Please read my last thread in this posting for more current info!
http://callthatgirl.biz/free-microsoft-office-365-webinars/
Starting next week I am offering free Office 365 Webinars through my social media channels for end users to get an idea of what it is, how it can help them be more efficient and synchronize data between multiple computers. While I was creating these events, I decided to offer a webinar for free to technicians as well. I get emailed a bit here and there from techs about Office 365, sometimes people need help or just have a random questions. To be honest, I had to learn as I supported, wasn't always easy as the websites claim it is to figure out.
I'm not at "Pro Level" quite yet (give me time!), I do have enough knowledge to offer my experiences with techs and what to expect, support, etc. I'm seriously enjoying the Office 365 and supporting it, and feel that it is a value add learning for anyone who wants in on it, needs more services and sales.
Again, this is free "learn more about Office 365" webinar, not a full hands on instruction class. I will have those webinars available later this summer.
Here is the information:
I will discuss the following in the 30 min webinar
*Office 365 overview
*Misconceptions Microsoft's Marketing gives out
*Clients buying the products and not using them
*Clients buying the wrong products in general
*Being a reseller over referral partner
*Pricing and support differences
*What you need to know to administrate Exchange even if you don't have any Exchange Administration experience.
A rundown of technical knowledge needed to support
*Microsoft Exchange
*SharePoint
*Lync
*OneDrive
*OneNote
*Office 2013
