first leaflet, critique please

I would say there is too much on it, it looks a bit fussy, but I like the colour scheme.
Have you thought about your prices properly? I find for example virus removals can be some of the more difficult jobs, and there is no way I could do it for £30 a lot of the time.
So you're going to out and clean out a desktop for £15?
Also by law you must have your address on all trading material including leaflets.
You also need a landline number to get people to trust you. I would never use a service of a plumber's leaflet if it had no address or landline, my concern would be what happens if it leaks and wrecks my house? How would I trace him?

Just want to point out that I am sure you have very good intentions and you're very skilled at what you do. Your leaflet needs to replace that 
Btw I don't put my exact address on my leaflets, I just put my business name and postcode mainly because there is a computer shop next door to me, but I do put my address on my website.

I like the general look but there is probably too much detail on there. As JD says the colours are nice but just have less print. Saying that it's far better than I could do. Are they your images you're using or are they off the web? They are very nice.
Are you printing on the back? I'm thinking of putting something on the back that the client will make them keep it. Maybe Windows short cuts or something like that. The printer I'm using don't charge much more for the 2nd side. I've not used them yet but the samples they sent me were really good.

Yea a few people have told me there's too much information, but I fear if I don't stand out as knowledgable/generous then they will opt for the two shops that have opened up in town this past 2 years (i've been repairing for over 3 years). My business has taken a huge hit since these two shops arrived.
A friend thought they average person would take one look at it, be overwhelmed and put it in the recycle bin within a cople of seconds. I'm not sure, though.
I tried the landline years ago, but it was never practical as I was always out.
I was originally going to do double-sided but I realised I could fit everything I needed on to one-side.

Just set your phone to trip to your mobile if you don't answer it. That's how I get calls. The landline gives you a bit more identity imho. Also have a look at what sets you aside from the other shops. For instance the shops might be drop off only and you don't mention on your leaflet that you do free call out(if you do). Make a point of it.

He is right, and also make sure you mention that you're insured, which again is a legal requirement (well at the very least public liability is).
Also again make sure you have permission to use the images if you are not the copyright holder.

I think it just beeps then rings my mobile. It's a while since I listened to it

Also you don't want white type - you want black type on a light coloured background, so much easier to read when its printed.
The leaflet you've designed looks great on a screen, but trust me - it won't look that great when printed.
You've got a lot of repetition at the bottom there, waste of space to keep saying the same thing over and over again IMO.
Also, where are your customer feedback/reviews or any affiliate/partner logos to assure customers that you're good?

Kind of off topic, but if you're struggling for business, why not mark up parts? - You can make at least £500-1000 profit in a year from marking up parts, probably a lot more really. Customers will expect you to mark up parts, usually 30-35% is good.

Hi JCCR, very nice leaflets you have there, tidy design and good clear to the point info. I see you're prices are attractive and on top of that you employ no-fix-no-fee and no call-out charges. I bet you had a decent response rate shortly after you gave them out, no?
I am going to print one out as soon as my printer man gets back in touch with me. He's local so I can go round and see what my leaflet looks like in real life. I hope you're wrong about it not looking good in print. And I don't see how the lettering is at all difficult to read!

You'll want a bleed and a margin. In between those is where its cropped/cut, IIRC. You'll have to ask your printer about it to be 100% sure.
Not sure on the response of my flyers, the new design hasn't been printed/distributed yet!
Get rid of all the repetition, the outer glow on the text (trust me it wont look good in print, just makes it harder to read). Get rid of the mark up thing, people will just take advantage of it and use you to order parts for them and you wont profit from it. If there's too much text on it, it'll go in the bin - guaranteed, people just don't want to read all that stuff.
Also, have you got a company name? That doesn't seem to be on the leaflet.

Changed the add in-line with advice given, and also added a 5mm clearance zone around the image. Please continue to critique!

Typo: Capitalize the S on Home & Small Business... at the top.
In the middle, the text on both sides of the images should line up. The 2nd and 3rd line do not.
On a personal note: it looks good and is a lot cleaner than the first version, but it still looks really cluttered in the middle. Maybe its just me though.

I agree the middle still looks a bit cluttered. Maybe try decreasing the size of your graphic icons a bit. Right now they overlap and cause the middle of the page to be cluttered.
Otherwise if looks drastically better than the first. You may want to consider capitalizing the city names b/f print as well.
Also I'm not sure about the 'glow' effect on the bottom text (phone, website). Maybe try a different effect?
