I have a client that has two employees and two Macs using Adobe Indesign, photoshop, illustrator, etc.

Is there a way to collaborate so the users dont have to email their files back and forth?

Something online would be ideal as occasionally they are not in the same office.

I asked because Adobe has implemented a O365 type platform for the latest version. They may have a built in sharing capability. It is subscription based.

They may want to collaborate on other types of files as well, so something specific to CS might not be the best solution.

Don't assume. They need to see what Adobe is actually offering and test it. As usual there is a free 30 trial.

Of course if they do not want to go that route due to the costs there are any number of cloud type options. Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, etc, etc. You could also setup something like a Synology box which has no subscription fees and storage is limited by the size of the drives you put in.

Just setup a DS414slim, 4 x 1tb, for a 2 person interior design business for that exact same purpose. Sweet little machine.
