Which function are you referring to?

Using Hirens 11.0: boot it up, click on the "HBCD Menu" icon on the desk top, then click the "Browse Folder" button. When the list of tools displays, start up the entry labeled "RegRestoreWizard.bat".

I use ERD Commander (2003 or 2005?). It works with XP, Vista or 7. I only use it for registry editing. BART PE does the same thing. ERD is easier to use though.

Where do you download MSDaRT dart at? I can't even find any place that sells it. That leaves torrent sites.

You need to either be a subscriber to Technet, or have the Action Pack.
