OK here's a fun one, im not too sure of the process involved on installing XP64 especially when there is a Intel 64-Bit RAID/AHCI Storage Driver for the SATA drive to be used during the install , the customer is a photo shop that bought this touch screened monster for customers to order their own photos etc in the shop, but the software they use isn't compatible with vista and they called to inquire if its possible to downgrade it to XP, I'm not too sure of the process involved and being that I would be on-site , it would be more difficult to do with the customer looking over my shoulder, has anyone attempted something like this?

im assuming i would follow something like this to make a custom install cd

you can load the drivers via a floppy during the install, or there is usualy an option in the bios to turn off native sata support and then you should be able to install xp64. other than that there a programs such as nlite that let you slipstream drivers into your xp install and as fare as i know it works with all versions. nlite is farely self explanitory to use and creates a disc image when it is done.
