Do you install Shockwave on client's machines?

For the OS when starting from scratch:

1. Adobe Flash (also used to install Shockwave, but no longer as none of my customers seem to need it)
2. Adobe Reader 10 (I used to use Foxit Reader, but the new Adobe Rdr 10 is much better then the old Adobe Rdr releases and Foxit is unfamiliar to many customers)
3. Sun Java (Both 32 & 64 bit if a 64-bit OS, else only 32-bit)
4. Microsoft Silverlight
5. Microsoft .NET 4 Client
6. Microsoft Security Essentials (unless the customer wants something else)

If I'm doing a N&P and the customer uses any of the following, I'll also install the updated versions of these:

1. 1. iTunes
2. 2. QuickTime
3. 3. RealPlayer

If I'm setting up a refurbished machine, I also do the following apps:

1. 1. Word Processing: MS Works, Open Office
2. 2. Graphics: Picasa, Paint.Net (requires .Net 2.0)
3. 3. CD/DVD Burning: CD Burner XP

..I am considering switching to Foxit Reader.

My vote is for Foxit. I find it much faster and less overhead. Your mileage may vary but I believe you will be happy...
