Are you including wbadmin at the beginning? ie: wbadmin start backup -backuptarget:m: -allcritical -vssfull Notes: You shouldn't need -systemstate because it's included in -allcritical You *probably* don't need the -include:c: because it's likely included in -allcritical (try backing up, then mounting the backup to check what's included).
