Dell Drivers down today?

Hi All,

Has anybody else had issues with Dell's website and downloading drivers today?

I was on yesterday and downloaded a BIOS update for a Latitude E5530 running Windows 7 Pro.

Going there today to download the wifi & bluetooth drivers and I'm only seeing a single download -- "Dell Digital Delivery Application" Yesterday there was many drivers and the BIOS update.

I have tried to look with the service tag as well as just the model, same issue, multiple computers.

Now, this computer is holing up my queue.

Is it just me or is anybody else running into this?

Weird! I still only see the Dell Digital Delivery Application. Nothing else, even after changing the OS selection.

Stay away from ASUS as well. When you have to take the unit apart to access even the battery you know you're working with a super cheap computer!

I'm sure this has to do with their support reshuffling - they did recently sell/spinoff Sonicwall, for example. One inevitably tiny and short-lived issue with what has to be a huge infrastructure and you jump right to the "I'll NEVER recommend them" conclusion? I'll bet you don't have many vendors left.

Here in the real world, things happen, people make mistakes, actions out of our control affect us. You roll with it.

If you don't have SDI, your doing it wrong! Not to sound mean or anything. SDI is a godsend. That and WSUS Offline Update.
