Delay Specific Programs in Startup Folder

I seem to remember reading a thread about delaying specific programs in the XP Startup group.
I have searched for this thread without any success.

There's quite a few products that do this.

I use startup delayer and is good for people who are tech savvy. Soluto is a good solution for end-users, as it does the same thing, but does the thinking for them.

I ended up grabbing startup delayer by r2, nice tool, going into my toolbox now

You could use a vbscript that uses the wait command and put in a time for the program to start.

Or skip re-inventing the wheel and use the programs that already exist?
