I have a client that uses gmail for email. They need to email pdf and pics from computer. Is there software available to make gmail the default client in win7?

Telling the OS a default client requires a local program to tell the OS what to use.

So...what, if any, e-mail client does your client use for GMail?
Outlook? Windows Live?

Or..if using web mail (browser) to check their Gmail...just use the attachment function of the web mail and upload the PDF's 'n pics.

download windows live essentials and setup windows live mail (? i think is what they are calling it now) as your default mail client. now whatever email your client uses it will load through live mail(?).

another good free client is thunderbird. whatever client you install just make it default.

really the only one i hate is incredmail. it sucks imo anyways.

hope this helps

I agree for Bobs Computer Service suggestion for Windows Live Mail..
You can download it from Microsoft.

I think the best solution is to use Mozilla Thunderbird for email client, its so easy to setup and use and end users prefer it over the crap Outlook that most people for some reason love to use.
