Guess Solarwinds bought them back in 2011. Looks like their pricing for Mini Remote Control is pretty competitive, $260 one-time purchase for 1 Tech (on up to 3 devices) to unlimited computers, no limit on concurrent sessions. Unattended access over the internet is supported in v12, you do have to set up a centralized server for that though. 1 year support is included.

Anybody using this for "over the internet" support?

Used to use Dameware all the time before it was bought by Solarwinds. Great product then, can do a lot of stuff, but is really meant for use in a Domain environment, not really over the internet. You can use it for external use, but its really a bear to configure, manage, and support in that configuration.
Obviously, I haven't used it in awhile, and I bet features have grown, but I think there are better tools out there that can accomplish the task easier/better.

I agree with jbartlett323. Dameware is fantastic in a domain environment but its really hard to configure fore over the internet use. I still have Dameware and a backup remote control product for all my servers i manage but my primary remote product is Teamviewer. It cost a pretty penny for one business license but it works perfectly..
