Customer who is CC'd on an email sent to someone else in their organization get's delayed by days, when the main recipient gets it it is always on time. No exchange.. Just a standard outlook to their SMTP host which is time warner.
Now the one caveat here IS the email comes from China (one of their vendors). Usually includes an attachment, not sure if it is an excel or word attachment.

Any thoughts would be appreciated... I don't think there is anything we can do on our end, aside from asking them to send individual to test.

Ok but this sounds like an issue on the email host side, right? Because it's a simple outlook pop setup in office.

Yes, it would be an issue on the hosting side (or whoever does the spam filtering -- some hosts farm out the spam filtering to a 3rd party).

This discussion is useless without seeing the headers of a delayed mail. There will be timestamps and you can see what link is holding this up.
