Hey fellow 'nibblers, I need some advice.
For over a year now I've been going through my bank (rhymes with "hell's cargo") for my card processing, and from almost day one I've had nothing but trouble with the machine they provided.
I have the FD100ti, which is supposed to be wifi, but for some strange reason it keeps dropping wifi connectivity.
I've had Charter out to the shop to test the modem and the wiring, all good. I've bought a new router (Asus RT-N66U), and everything else (even my finicky wifi networked printer) connects fine and maintains a steady connection.
The only conclusion I can come to is the machine is faulty... But I've already had it replaced...
The first time I had trouble with the device almost right off the bat, and after eventually getting the bank to replace the device, the new one worked fine, up until a month ago...
I'm at a complete loss as to what to do here... I've unfortunately got a lease with these... errr... "people", and can't just walk away without paying.
Is anyone familiar with this machine? Has anyone else been through anything similar?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks guys and gals.
