Creating HP Recovery Disks

I'm cleaning up a customer's desktop and they wanted the recovery disks created as well. I have never seen it take so long to create the 3 disks using HP creation tool. It's been 2 hours just to create the first DVD.

Is that normal for HP?

yep, it is. They didn't have to pay much for it, I hope

It is normal for a HP Recovery disk......HP pcs are NOT coming with Windows disk and if clients dont know how to create recovery disks, HP is CHARGING to send them out........I takes about 5 cd-r disks to create recovery disks......
