Craigslist Hall of Shame

This thread inspired me to take a look around my local CraigsList. Here are the two fishiest ones I could find.

Yes, they are exactly the same, except for the title of the post.:p

[EDIT: Apparently, the exact same ad was copied 3 more times under different titles. Not sure if it's the same person or not.]

This one also seems a bit fishy (custom software, eh?)

Because adding the words "NO SCAM" to the bottom of your post guarantees that you're not scamming them.

Access to password protected email/online services

Personally, I detest the NSA's secretive information gathering practices and any step taken towards Orwell's Big Brother.

HOWEVER,

There exists situations and COMPELLING circumstances that you need to entry into electronic accounts such as web email, online utilities, Facebook, and online banking.

Perhaps you suspect your child is ABUSING their Facebook privileges or you need to track their location on their Android phone?

Perhaps a family member has PERISHED and as the next-of-kin, you need access to their accounts?

Ever store a password in a web browser and forget what it is-- you can't change it because the site PROMPTS you to re-enter it again?

I can acquire information from tablets, cell phones, and computers, without even PHYSICALLY touching them.

I WILL NOT assist you in the execution of any blatant criminal misuse of my services. You must show PROOF of ownership/interest where applicable. I have strong ethical fortitude for which to gauge your requests. Depending on the circumstances, I may assist with those suspecting their "significant other" is up to scandalous behavior.

SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY

MAJOR DISCOUNTS ON REFERRALS AND COMBINED SERVICES

Additional Services offered:

network administration, firewalling, wifi security, file servers, home surveillance, virus removal, hardware/ software upgrades, etc

This one doesn't seem like a creepy/crazy pizza tech post. The person seems to be attempting to be on the up & up except for the last part "Depending on the circumstances, I may assist with those suspecting their "significant other" is up to scandalous behavior.".

Here is a pretty good one.

I'd love to get my hands on some new Windows 7 computers for $100. Not even going to touch the XP.

We have shops in our area selling used desktops with Win 7 ultimate for $100.

Nobody cares that its illegal , these guys have no fear, they even advertise it on their shop windows.

I'm not exactly up on what is possible these days, but I thought I overheard someone say Windows 8 is not really piratable. True? Would be great for us if MS could finally put our shady "competitors" out of business.

Windows 8 is easily defeated to be pirated. The last windows to give any kind of fight was XP, and even that was simple enough.

They stand up enough for the average joe I guess.
