There's a book coming out published by McGraw Hill called,
"CompTIA Mobility + All In One exam guide" and I'm thinking about getting it, just to read for the knowledge. But then again, I don't plan on fixing tablet or smart phone hardware, I only plan on doing basic software stuff and network troubleshooting on them...But how different can that be from laptops that it would merit buying a book on the subject.
If I can figure out the most common issues that people have with these things maybe that will suffice. I've actually got an Android phone myself so I'm not THAT unfamiliar with them and the general lingo.
What are the most common problems seen coming from tablets and smart phones in SMB?
