Does anyone know of a quick comparison chart maker that looks presentable (preferably cross-platform or web-based)? If not I guess a table in a doc would do.
I was thinking we could make one for remote support options. In the columns have the different options, with various product versions from the same company given individual columns. In the rows have things like pricing, reboot, safemode, cross-platform, file sharing, multiple techs, recommended minimum number of uses per month, free trial limitations, anytime connection or custom initiated, what has to be installed on customer end, built-in payment taking, timing/reporting, etc. What else could be in there?
