So, It's the first time as a tech it has been necessary to clone a Micro SATA HD.
The customer brought in a Dell Latitude E4200 which currently has a 64GB Micro SATA / u-SATA drive installed.
I have tried booting from Acronis True Image - Backing the drive up to an external USB drive and then was going to fit the new one and restore it. This is proving difficult though. I keep getting an error message.
Anyone got experience of doing this? Is it worth buying some better cables / adapters?
