Client remote support on you iPhone, there is an app for that

TeamViewer just released an iPhone\iPod version of the software, free and paid version. Now for all of you with the iPhone\iPod (or future iPad owners), imagine doing remote support with you iPhone\iPod or iPad in middle of no computer reach zone. Wouldn't that be cool?

I believe you can actually do it with a logmein version and "no" I don't think it's cool. I think it is a major pain trying to do things like that on an iphone/blackberry etc. To monitor things fine, but not to work on them.

For now it works good, but it will be better on the iPad.

I've setup a client of mine (his request since he travels) to check his stores.

Phone = IPhone
IPhone Application = LogMeIn Iphone App
You still need to have an account with Logmein and you can use the free version.

Logmein Ignition is great for the iphone but its like 25 dollars.. and the screen size is very small to do anything really. Only used it a few times. I just waiting for the Android version

we charge businesses and residential customers, $20.00 a year and we use log mein anywhere and that includes our iphones.

Yup I had that installed on my iPhone together with Jaadu VNC. Sometimes when you have no access to a PC, this is the only viable choice for quick checks & urgent, simple tasks like account creation in Active Directory.
