Chat on Google search results

I was looking for the number to the local pizza shop and I saw they had a chat option listed on their results page. Does anyone know how to get this? Is it part of Google Apps? I tried asking them, but the support rep wasn't really a lot of help.

Found it...

Go "edit" your Googs page, go to edit contact info, add a contact method...and chat is there. All it does is use your Skype/AIM/Yahoo/etc handle.

Confusing? No, never.
I prefer Google Wave. oh, wait...
