Ccleaner for all profiles

I often run Ccleaner before running a virus check etc.
Is there a way of cleaning ALL profiles on a pc from admin account?
If not are there any other cleaners out there that clean all profiles in one hit

Have a look at Wise Disk Cleaner!

Cleanup! does a great job, but it's getting a little long in the tooth.
