Also every cable we make does not click when you insert it. So all of our connectors come lose from the jacks. I tried many sources for cat5 connectors with same results, may be its the crimper?
I haven't had good experience with Monoprice Cat5e mod plugs. They wouldn't "click" in to the ports. I liked the ones I got from Amazon better, though other reviewers didn't have the same experience.
I use a Paladin Tools 1556 crimper.
Sounds to me like you or your crimp tool is breaking off the lock tabs when you remove the newly created cabling.

You pay a little more then other quality crimpers but this has never failed me (cutting, stripping, or crimping).
It also can crimp EZ-RJ ends if you need speed and accuracy when creating cables.
