Ok so a little clarification on the issue. One of my clients is a law firm and one of their programs won't print more then one copy.
Every other programs works perfectly if printing to the local or network printer just this one program will always print only one.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software with Revo and looking in the registry for left over parts and restarting and when I reinstall same thing is still their. Also tried running it in compatibility mode since the program has a copyright date on it from 2004 so it's definitely legacy. It also definitely looks old.
A little about it the program:
Well it's not exactly a program, it's actually a fillable form from File Maker pro 7 that was given to them by their legal services company. But when I put in the CD it definitely acts like a program starting an install window and everything. One other thing I did try was update the c++ redistributable to 2008 since File maker pro did state it needed that for working with its old system.
From what I could gather the fillable form/program was built by a legal services company and never updated. Also can't get a clear answer from the legal services company and they don't remember ever making the program because their lead tech guy has only been their 6 years and this dates back to 04.
So is their anything else I could do to fix it. Yes already reinstalled print drivers just because hey why not it takes like 5 min.
