A business is reporting that a working Microsoft Office Product is not reporting the trial has ended after 4 years of operation. (Its an active product that wont activate anymore.)

Last time I tired to fix this, I could not contact Microsoft after trying everything, I kept getting lead in a loop of Automated Phone systems and websites that could not help. The customer decided to just buy the software again after 1 Hour of trying to contact Microsoft for Activation issue. They were frustrated at Microsoft.

Where do I find the best number for the American region, for Microsoft activation issues, if I get lead in an endless loop again? Of course, we always have the key.

Yes, I have done that before. For some reason, it was different and leading me in loops.
Customer got angry and just bought again.

Back in the days when we had XP activation problems, the best way to talk to a human was to begin the automated phone activation process and just mash keys on the phone until the robot gives up trying to understand and passes you on to a customer service rep.
The phone number would come up on the activation window after choosing the country.

I've not had to try it recently as the online and automated phone activation system seems to have improved to a point where I've not needed a csr.
