Canadian Techs - CEBA - Allowed Invoices

I have a question for Canadian techs who have applied for the CEBA.

I think that the answer is 'No' but I would like to know what others have decided.
Are fees that we pay to MSP companies on a tenancy basis (like Techs Together) considered:
"Payments incurred under agreements with independent contractors and fees required in order to maintain licenses, authorizations or permissions necessary to conduct business by the Borrower"?

Defiantly this is a great question for an accountant or lawyer! It will be interesting to hear the result. Perhaps call CRA if time permits might get a free answer.
