can`t print from outlook.com

Have a customer can`t print from outlook.com can print everywhere else tried different browsers and removed all extensions and tried clean boot and different profile also cleaned browsers cache he contacted Microsoft they could not fix it.
Any idea what could cause this also running windows 10 current version.

Silly thing is if you save the attachment then open it in program it was designed for say pdf adobe reader
it prints fine.
Also any webpage will print fine as well just not outlook.com print menu with preview.

Change browsers...

I had this happen last week actually, and very quickly found out it was Edge that was the culprit. The preview would pop up... it just wouldn't print. And that was from a full O365 client... so I'd expect Outlook.com to be the same.

Could try the new edge if they are using edge. Edge is now going to based on the chromium engine. It is available for download now. But I still prefer chrome.

i have changed browsers tried edge and new edge and chrome and firefox as well as opera none can print from preview window also tried nuke and pave with all newest updates and drivers.
