I use the Kaspersky Rescue disk updater from here:

(I think this is a direct DL but I'll vouch for it)

I edited the built-in batch file to run KAV2USB to push the ISO onto a flash drive for my bench, then copy the ISO to my Zalman and then prompt for a CD since I get the odd machine that doesn't boot from USB (I know but even PLOP doesn't always work). Throw the batch into Scheduled Tasks and it's already updated and waiting for the first write Monday morning.

Having just transitioned from Win8-->Win7, I no longer had a built-in program for burning the ISO so I googled and found this little program. Just ran it, worked like a charm. 5 stars for doing one job and doing it well. For good measure, I saved it into System32 to always be in the path.
