Hi All, I need some advice on a laptop (running windows vista) that has multiple BSOD issues. First of all the laptop is very very unstable and wont even run for long in safe mode so making any kind of repair is a problem, I did think the bsod issues were relating to a possible bad ram but i ran mem tester and it came back.
i did some research on the BSOD issues and it seems to be registry corruption problems.
Please see the photos
as you can see there are multiple bsod messages, I cant exactly fix it because of the problems that it will randomly display so i advised the customer that I would probably have to back up there work and photos e.t.c and reinstall vista.
I need to get a cable that will allow me to connect the laptop hard drive to my computer so i can copy stuff onto my external drive for them.
I thought i would check with you guys to see if there something less drastic i can try though.
thanks all
