So I have done a lot of searching and still cannot find quite what I'm looking for. I carry a 64gb flas drive with all my tools. What I want is to put all my windows discs on it and boot to choose which version I want to install. I get tired of carrying multiple discs. Has anyone had success with this that may be able to help me.

Sounds like you need a "usb boot manager". Google that or you
can try starting here:

I have yet to try it out, but it looks like another option for you would be SARDU, which Bryce just posted about: http://www.technibble.com/sardu-mutliboot-disc/
