I have been re selling Bitdefender for 4 years now and it was great. Install plug in the activation code and then send the client home with instructions on how to setup a account with Bitdefender SIMPLE!

fast forward to 2016 version and now directly after the install it has a constant nag screen asking you to sign in to your account ... and until you do this screen comes up every 15 min!

So really not a big deal I have to remember to ask the client for a valid email and password they would like to use (if they need a new account) or for their log in info if they are renewing \ upgrading to the newest version.

But thought I would ask if anyone here has any alternatives when installing the new Bitdefender? Or if anyone has bypassed the log in screen? as it was common practice for us when building a new Computer to put the "30 day Trial" if the client did not want any AV on the system -- worked well for call backs saying they liked it over what they had before and would like to purchase the full version.

I'm getting the exact same thing here, the client wants to see it working without signing up. anyone know a way to bypass the login (legally of course)?

I have restored to going back to the 2015 on Windows 7 \ 8 machines and asking for clients Emails to sign up for the 30 day trial on Windows 10. I guess you could use a site like throwawaymail.com to create a "temp" account but I would be looking into it before you started making fake Bitdefender accounts.

I am thinking it may be time to change from Bitdefneder to say Kaspersky or other....thoughts?
