Best software load for starting out

The automatic scanners work well, but I don't see anyone taking a peek with Process Explorer to get another view of what's going on. I like to make sure that nothing is running that I don't know about. I also take a look at the hosts file, interesting stuff in there, and it's amazing how many I find have the adobe update block set up.

I use Adwcleaner, jrt, roguekiller, combofix, MBAR, MBAM and hitman pro on everything using D7. Still a fan of Combofix. Malware removal isn't a big part of my business, so I'm not that interested in speed as much as completeness.

Ccleaner, PureRA and ATF Cleaner to remove junk and temp files.

Then Its RKill, TDSS Killer, Adwcleaner, JRT, MBAM, MBAR, SuperAntispyware, install update and run a full AV scan. HijackThis ....I will only break out combofix as a last resort. (had it break too many systems) As a rule I'll only use it if I think I'm looking at a nuke and pave.

Thats the malware cleanup. Then comes system tweaks, and fixes such as Autoruns, Tweaking.com repair, ect.

After that its time to update Windows, Update flash, Java ect. I can have most any machine turned out in 24 hours or less.
