After all my travels in the past year, I cannot eat hotel bacon anymore, or biscuits and gravy...done.

Bacon is the best. I just tried the oven method the other day and I will never cook bacon in a pan again. For a great topper on a burger or other sandwich try the Bacon Weave. Very easy to make in the oven and you will get complete coverage of your sandwich with what amounts to a double layer of bacon. Bacon = good - 2X Bacon = GREAT!

I've been vegetarian for over 20 years at this point BUT I must say Trader Joe's new bacon flavored popcorn is the most addicting thing ever.

Not real bacon but it sure tastes like it and it is AMAZEBALLS.

Yep, scrapple is awesome. Another yummy pork product. Back in the early 90's I had to drive up to Montreal with a colleague. He's from northern NH so plenty of Canadian influence. Stopped for breakfast about an hour after crossing the border at some roadside dive. So Bill is insisting I try croton. Another awesome pork/pork fat product for breakfast, or any other time for that matter.

I was in Philly many years ago and went to the big market downtown and had scrapple, tasty for sure. Never had it before and while I come from the land of Spam (the real Spam)--had to try it at least.

update on the bacon...I didn't have anymore, last 3 slices are in the fridge> i turned into a salt lick.

Yes, I just grabbed off the net because my bacon did not fair as well with the looks. I don't think it's fair that Little Caesars has a bacon crust either, not one near me at all.
