Is anyone (UK based) an AutoDesk/ AutoCad reseller
I need to quote the full version for one of my customers and unless you are an authorised partner you can only quote for AutoCad LT.
Trouble is to become an authorised reseller you need the below (email from them when I tried to apply) I would fail on all apart from the initial order or maybe even that
In order to apply for bronze authorisation you need to have an initial order of £3,300 ready to process on full AutoCAD (product and new subs only – not renewals)
The minimum purchase requirement for the year for a bronze reseller from Feb 1st 2015 will be £25,000
2 people are required to complete 3 courses 60 days after approval - these are web based free of charge courses with a pass rate of 80% needed.
Websites are to be up to date with products you are authorised for – LT, AutoCAD, LT Suites and AutoCAD Suites + any relevant messaging for the quarter
There are other courses that need to be taken throughout the year.
1. There must be an initial order of 4.000 Euros/ 3.300 GBP (as specified above and in the attached application form).
2. It may take up to 4 business days until Autodesk generates a Bronze VAR Agreement which is made available to the new Partner in the Business Planning Tool
3. The Order can only be processed when the Agreement is signed by the applying Reseller and sent back (without modification) in duplicate to Autodesk
4. The initial order is counting towards the applying Reseller´s Tier Minimum Purchase requirement
5. General requirements FY15 Framework requirements (Applying Reseller should be aware that there are additional requirements that need to be fulfilled on an ongoing basis: Minimum Purchase Requirements, Staff/ Training requirements, an office with equipment within a commercial facility, as set forth in the Autodesk Partner Advantage Program Guide)
