Just a flame thread to point out the Apple double standard.
I don't see anyone suing anyone over the copy-cat iPhone watch, Swipe interface extremely similar to Android's "Wear Cards" (Apple calls them "Glances") and menu system or the fact that the watch has rounded corners in a aluminum case construction, looking just like a Pebble Watch. Also, the watch faces are customizable.. an Android Wear original (And the Apple interface for selecting those faces looks identical to Android). Pressing and holding on the screen brings you to the "Change Face" interface.. just like an Android Wear watch. Haptic feedback, just like many Android watches. Inductive charger just like the Moto 360 and some others.
SO, it's just nice to see that Apple is concerned (and suing, sued others) for the exact things above when dealing with smart phones... yet, when they come out with a product they have no problem copying others.
Just sayin'
Rant over.
