Anyone else using Bitdefender MSP?

Hi Guys,

I signed up as a Bitdefender MSP Partner and have been very disappointed with the whole experience. I am trying to be patient and see how things go but I was wondering if anyone else is signed up and what has your experience been like?

I'm signed up and been using it for a few months now. The notifications leaves a little bit to be desired...very chatty/annoying on the firewall side. The only problem I seem to have now is the billing.

GFI just switched from Vipre to BitDefender, so far it's OK as a product. I have zero experience with BD as an organization.

Pete, I suppose this may change from distro to distro, but with mine, I make around 300% gross. On an annual sale.

This is selling at rrp prices too.

You're talking about the cloud endpoint? Bitdefender breaks something nearly every major update dashboard or client. I am putting future clients on the GFI version and I hope that GFI will test everything prior to pushing it to us but im going to have to say...i seriously doubt it.
