All In One Recommendations

I'm just looking for any recommendations on a solid all in one machine? Fax, copy, print, scan to email (pdf). Has to be color. It's for a small attorney's office (2 people using it max). I've only dealt with either the cheap $300 throwaways or the $2k and up units. Looking for something in between that's reliable and just works.

Been a fan of the mid to high end HP systems. never use wifi for connecting as I have always had problems.
