Acer laptops all having the same problem

There seems to be a large amount of Acer laptops showing up with the same problem press power button you hear spin up ,spin down,power light flickers twice and it turns off no post screen black.
Tried another power supply,removed battery, removed hard drive,changed battery, changed motherboard battery,pulled out ram tried other ram they all do the same thing they are all also from same year really strange so many have the exact same problem 6 of them.
Could it be possible all 6 have bad motherboards laptops are all 7 years old.

I would suggest updating the BIOS using an external programmer. What is the model number?

They are all 5520 series.

Yep. Quick google search shows it is a common problem.

Probably the NVidia MCP67MV chip, from what I read in the Google group for BGA Reballing Rework.
