I looked up this error seems kind of vague i reformatted and reloaded from scratch same error, tried other ram same error now im think board or cpu?.
The power supply is overrated for the system it an 850w thermaltake.

asus p8p67-m pro
i7 2600

Updated bios to current, since i formatted and reinstalled from scratch it blue screened before i installed drivers.
I also removed cpu fan cleaned and re-greased so not sure what could be the cause.

Have you tried removing hard drive and running a live CD or a RAM drive such as UBCD4WIN to see if it does it then and see if hardware or software?

The only card that is in there in a gtx 560 if i remove it i will not be able to see anything no built-in video.
I will try replacing it and try again.

Dont forget your keyboard and mouse. I had a new system blue screen on me and it was beating my up, swapped the keyboard, and it went away.

So i Rma'd the board back to asus they said the customer caused the problem i told them they are full of BS because it did not leave the shop and i triple checked the mounting and could see no problem there was a blown trace on the motherboard.
I have been building systems since 80's in the thousands by now seems they always want to blame someone every time we try to rma stuff to asus.
I checked their forums seems MANY people who bought that board had the same problem.
